While our permanent site is under construction, we hope this page will provide enough information to bridge the gap until the new site is complete.

District 3 board meetings are cancelled until further notice, due to the risks posed to the community by the covid-19 pandemic.

The next few meetings were to be substantially informational, as we are ahead of the curve on operational and financial issues.

It is highly likely our court date with the developer will be postponed, due to his advanced age and health risks.

The District election will be held on May 5, 2020.  Two 3-year term director positions are available.  If you are interested in learning more about the election, please review the CALL FOR NOMINATIONS document.

If you would like to serve on the board, please complete and submit the SELF-NOMINATION AND ACCEPTANCE form by close of business on February 28, 2020.


The District Operations and Maintenance fee will remain at $60.00 per month in 2020.  A new bank has been selected to receive the payments, so please be sure to update your payment method.

In early December, you should have received a new coupon book in the mail, along with instructions for all the payment options available to you.  You can find the instructions for the payment options here
