Join your neighbors for a community cookout in Homestead Park before the Big Band concert on July 29th!
MCGC Neighbors are planning a cookout for the neighborhood prior to the Social Committee's Big Band concert on July 29th in Homestead Park. MCGC Neighbors will provide hot dogs, hamburgers, and chips and will begin grilling at 3:30 p.m. If you like, you can add to the menu by bringing a dish to share, but this is NOT a requirement.
Bring your lawn chairs and maybe an umbrella for shade, and come prepared to spend a great Sunday afternoon with your friends and neighbors, sharing a meal and enjoying the Big Band/Swing music of the very popular Dean Bushnell Orchestra. So that we aren't a distraction to the band, we will stop grilling around 4:45 p.m. We want to give all a chance to fill their plates and get comfortable in their seats before the band begins at 5:00 p.m. We hope to see you there!
