| I went to the City Council and listened/viewed the convenient store proposal when it was first proposed. The plans/diagrams of what they proposed were aesthetically pleasing (color scheme in sync with Murphy Creek colors, professional signage, surrounding shrubbery). It appears the owners of the store stopped short of what they proposed, blue tarp for a sign, dirt pile in the back of the store, no shrubbery. If you want to hold them accountable to what they proposed and help improve the looks of our neighborhood, please call 303-739-7000, and ask for the planning department. Let them know the store owners have not lived up to what they proposed. |
