Parachute Well Opinion Poll
Before we respond to the City about the proposed Parachute Well site to be located near Vista PEAK Campus at 26403 East 6th Avenue, close to Adonea and Traditions, we would like to get the opinion of the neighborhoods.
ConocoPhillips is requesting the same four waivers from current zoning codes that they have requested with previous wells. You can read about the waivers in their Development Application, beginning on Page 4, and you can read our comments about the waivers.
A retired engineer with 40+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry has submitted his very thoughtful and thorough comments on all five of the recent well applications. We have his permission to share his comments about the Parachute well, and they can be found here.

1. Would you be in favor of this well site, just as it has been presented to the City with 4 waivers?
2. Would you be in favor of this well site, if it had to conform to the current City codes, instead of having 4 waivers?
3. Would you be in favor of the well site, if it was required to go before the Planning Commission with a Public Hearing for the waivers?
