The Council Call Up public hearing is scheduled for Monday, July 1, 2019, in Council Chambers at the Aurora Municipal Center, 15151 East Alameda Parkway. Speaker slips MUST be turned in prior to the start time of the Council meeting, which is 7:30 PM.

We are opposed to this development for the following reasons: excessively small lot sizes; 3-story walk-up homes; lesser quality construction; lesser design standards; inadequate parking; inadequate emergency vehicle access; overcrowded school; etc.

The stated reason for the Call Up was "new information". The "new information" came from consultants hired by the builder to review and report on any environmental issues on the south side of Jewell.
