The public hearing is scheduled for Monday, May 20, 2019, 7:30 PM in Council Chambers at the Aurora Municipal Center, 15151 East Alameda Parkway.

We are opposed to this development for the following reasons: excessively small lot sizes; 3-story walk-up homes; lesser quality construction; lesser design standards; inadequate parking; inadequate emergency vehicle access; overcrowded school; etc.
